Returns Policy

🔹 Exchange Policy: Only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claims. All original packaging must be included for an exchange.

🔹 Size Confirmation: Please check and double-check your size before ordering. No exchanges for size issues.

🔹 Returns & Cancellations: All sales are final—no returns or cancellations once sold. Exchanges are only allowed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days with valid proof and an unboxing video. No exchanges for personal preference or change of mind.

🔹 Refunds & Store Credit: No cash refunds. Approved exchanges qualify for store credit only.

🔹 Shipping Returns: If the ONRULE team cannot pick up the product, customers must reship it.

🔹 Exchange Process: Exchange depends on product availability. If unavailable, customers can choose an alternative product or receive store credit. The ONRULE team will inspect the returned product before approving the exchange. If the product does not meet the exchange criteria, the request will be canceled
